By promoting policies that attract private sector investment into photovoltaic power generation system installed on unused roofs of county-owned facilities, Yunlin County Government expects to educate people on green energy, increase public’s physical contact with solar power system and create more job opportunities. Ming Hwei Energy Co., Ltd., in support of government plan, is exempted from participating in the bidding process while filing the application for agreement issued by Bureau of Energy, thus expediting overall establishment of solar power generation system. The company adopts self-developed 260W photovoltaic module in combination with balance-of-system comprising high efficiency Delta Inverter and HAMAK structurally certified mounting system to ensure safety and security.
